Fruit Salad Recipe : Filipino Style (Video Inside)

I don’t have anything good to share today so I will be posting a fruit salad recipe from my home country. Yes I am a Filipino and I love our food. So this recipe is very simple – Cut, Mix and Refrigerate. Don’t forget to wash the ingredients and of course your hands πŸ™‚ πŸ™‚

There are different varieties of this fruit salad, but since I live from the other side of the world I can’t get all the ingredients. But this one will do the job.

Ingredients:

  • Grapes, Banana, Apple
  • Pineapple Chunk
  • Coconut Jelly (from Asian Store)
  • Eden Cheese (Asian Store) – substitute VelveetaΒ  Cheese (from groceries)
  • half can condense milk (half of the 14oz can)
  • 2 cans nestle cream (7.6 oz cans x 2 cans)

    Oh well it sounds so delicious! but you can’t eat πŸ˜‚ you made us hungry except they seemed not so delicious or too sour! Thank you for posting a recipe from your country the Philippines, it’s great and the music was entertaining and no worries about make up and no bath is needed before that I guess πŸ˜€

      Thanks Huguette, I really appreciate your time watching my video. Like seriously, I do. That pineapple is damn sour, but it is good because the dessert has a balance of acidity and sweetness. (kinda laughing at myself write now, I talk like a food critque, which I can’t be cause I love everything that I eat.) lol Oh yeah the most important thing is I wash my hand. If my mom will see this video, she will scream at me I dont wear the disposable clean cooking gloves haha. Oh well I fed my friends and they are all alive, no one got sick.

        Gurl I was soo tired when I work Friday night. Im off sat. Then back to work sun. I was supposed to be off on sunday, but My co worker asked me to work for her because she has family issues. So yeah im dead tired this weekend
